John 4:43-45
43 Now after the two days He departed from there and went to Galilee.
44 For Jesus Himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.
45 So when He came to Galilee, the Galileans received Him, having seen all the things he did in Jerusalem at the feast; for they also had gone to the feast.
46a So Jesus came again to Cana of Galilee where He had made the water wine.

Now He will go back to the people of Israel, the Jews. Yes, he knows that many will not accept Him as the Messiah. But, the Jews must first be told. Each person must see for themselves that He is the Messiah. The Jews had seen him in Jerusalem, heard his teaching & seen his miracles. Yet, many would need more time to be convinced. And, many others would never believe.
If each person is going to have faith in Godâs Son they need to each personally learn of his teaching & hear of His miracles. He will repeatedly visit certain areas to help some to understand and believe. It appears there is much doubt and fear about speaking openly in Jesusâ favor. The religious leaders cause much of this doubt & fear. Only the strong & the brave are going to take the chance of asking questions and inviting Jesus in.
We live in a similar time today. There is so much fear in speaking of Christ in our culture. Yet, l find many have deep questions about Him that they want answered.
