Proverbs 4:14-19

14 “Do not enter the path of the wicked,

And do not walk in the way of evil.

15 Avoid it, do not travel on it;

Turn away from it and pass on.

16 For they do not sleep unless they have done evil;

And their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall.

17 For they eat the bread of wickedness,

And drink the wine of violence.

18 But the path of the just is like the shining sun,

That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.

19 The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble.”

 There’s a path that is wicked & evil & must be avoided.v14 Turn from it.15 Those who take that path, dream of how they can do harm to others.v16 They are hungry for the taste of violence.v17 In darkness they stumble.v19

 There is another path. God’s path of wisdom shines like morning sun that gets brighter & brighter.v18 The evil path gets darker & darker. Which path are we following?

 When I started life & wrestling there were a lot of things I didn’t understand, still don’t. But the longer I live the clearer the path & the more I enjoy it.

 Don’t stay in the dark. Seek God’s truth, today. Follow His Word & His Spirit, today. Sunshine brings a bright smile. Darkness brings worry, violence, stumbling.

 Lead someone to the shining path of Christ’s light, today.🌅
