John 4:27-30

27 And at this point His disciples came, and they marveled that He talking with a woman; yet no one said, “What are you seek?” or, “Why are You talking with her?”

28 The woman then left her waterpot, went her way into the city, and said to the men,

29 “Come see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?”

30 Then they went out of the city and came to Him.

 Conversation Interrupted.v27

 Should we be mad at the disciples? Actually it is fine. It is time for the Samaritan woman to show her faith in Jesus Christ. Something bigger than water is driving her now. She must go to the city & tell the men she has found the Christ, the Messiah.v29

 Wow, she really does believe! And her report is so strong the men of the city go out to check for themselves.v30

 We wouldn’t compliment this woman for her life with 5 men. But, scripture compliments her convincing faith. It will change everything for her & her town.

 What interruption are you facing? Are you frustrated, or using it as an opportunity? Maybe it’s time to honor Christ. Let people know there is Someone bigger. Let’s leave “our water pots” & do what really matters.
