Wise Living Rewards🏅

 When I first read Proverbs 5, I wanted to bypass it. I knew it would be hard and easily misunderstood. But it is so relevant for us today. Pornography, the distortions of movies & TV programs, laws & policies of our land that permit & even promote distortions of God‘s plan for marriage, are seen so often. We may see perversions & immorality around us, but we do not have to be part of it. We can say, "No." Proverbs 5 gives us many motivations to live life God's way.

 We fail, we make mistakes, and we face consequences. God is gracious. He looks for us to seek forgiveness & His blessing. He doesn't give up on us, even when we are dealing with the consequences for our sin. In the matter of sex and family He especially wants us to live as He designed. So many are effected by it.

 Not everyone marries or has children. I have seen the great benefits of aunts in our family. My children are their children. Their example to my children has been significant, because of the love & commitment they exhibit. Uncles, grandparents, stepparents, everyone can be a part of building families and children. Love and respect glues us together.

 Following God's plan for sex, marriage & family has great implications. Do them the world's way and face all kinds of troubles, do it God's way and reap His blessings.
